On August the 3rd, Fran and Bella headed up to the Poconos for some special time together, while I headed down to Charlotte for work and then on to SC to meet Baby Hampton (aka Bella's future husband)! Fran's grandparents have a mountain house in the Poconos that he grew up going to every year, so he loves going to spend time there! It was very special that now he can take his daughter up there and make memories with her. So they had a great time without mommy. They went swimming, played with Bella's cousins, went on walks, and lot's of other stuff. I was able to go up and meet them over the weekend and we had a great time. We dunked Bella under the water for the first time. She did great! I will have to video the next time we do it so we can share with everyone. But we really had fun. Our favorite spot was the beach club. We would swim, lay on the tubes, go kayaking, etc. While Bella would nap, we would stroll her up to the beach bar where it was shady and have a nice frozen drink, it was great!
