Bella at Gymboree

Bella and I went to Gymboree this evening to play! We didn't do the class, just the free gym time and we were the only people there, so Bella was having a blast! Needless to say, as soon as we got in the car, she fell asleep because she was so worn out from all the playing. I have included a couple videos so you can see what she was up to while we were there!

Surprise for Daddy in Greece

This is Bella blogging here...My Daddy has been gone since last Monday, 6 days already and I miss him so much. So I decided that for his last stop in Greece I would surprise him with some pictures of me in his room. My mom's friends Ty and Katherine are over in Greece preparing for their arrival so they said they would help me. I sent them a picture of me holding a message for Daddy and Miss Katherine put them all over his room. He is going to be so surprised when he walks in his room today. And he better bring me a nice present back for doing this!

WH Christmas Party, Adora's Birthday Party and Other stuff

Bella and I have had a great week together. Daddy has been on a long foreign trip since Monday but will be back Tuesday, we can't wait! Bella sure does miss her Daddy though. When she wakes up in the morning I bring her to my room and cuddle with her in our bed some. She keeps looking on Fran's side of the bed for him. It's so sweet but sad too. I did catch her kissing his picture in her my family book. I can't wait to see how excited she will be when she sees him.

On Wednesday evening we attended our first Gymboree class. Bella loved it! We signed up of course and will be going every Wednesday for class and then other days to have gym play time. Bella has already made 3 new friends.

On Friday I went to the White House Christmas Party, it was so fun. I went with my friend Jillian and her mom, Mary, since Fran could not go with me. We had a great time and enjoyed a lot of yummy food! This time last year I was pregnant, so I also indulged in some cocktails this year. I included a picture of me posing in front of the Lady Byrd portrait just like I did last year to see the difference, so crazy it's been a year already.

Today Bella and I went to her friend Adora's 1st birthday party. It was at Serendipity in Georgetown and we had a great time. Bella enjoyed the food and all the babies that were there. Bella especially liked playing with the princess crown on our table. Happy Birthday Adora, we love you and can't believe you are 1 already!
